The main living and dining room sits beneath a tall gable window, a long dining table and sofa sharing the view, with a mezzanine seating nook reached past a glass balustrade and a separate reading corner with a built-in bookshelf. A navy-island kitchen runs to marble worktops and a built-in wine cooler.

Four bedrooms sleep up to nine, one behind a hand-painted blue wave mural, another built into a bed nook beneath a Union Jack throw. Three bathrooms include a freestanding bath with a floor-mounted tap and fish-print wallpaper in one of the walk-in showers.

A rooftop terrace holds a dining table beside the barbecue station, and lower terraces add rattan seating along the estuary and a patio sofa against a stone retaining wall.
