7 Island Quay

7 Island Quay is a stone and rendered terraced house above Salcombe's harbour, three bedrooms sleeping six behind bay windows looking straight down onto moored boats.

The living and dining area opens through glazed doors onto a walled terrace, a blue corner sofa and armchairs arranged around a wall mirror and a wall-mounted TV. The kitchen is fitted in grey units with a gas hob, its dining table set beside open doors onto the terrace above the harbour.

Three bedrooms over the estuary

Three bedrooms sleep up to six: two doubles with mirrored wardrobes or a louvred wardrobe and folded towels laid ready on the bed, and a twin room with blue valances and a chest of drawers between the beds. Two bathrooms serve them, one with a bath and glass shower screen, a smaller cloakroom adding a third basin and WC.
