A cream kitchen with a Belfast sink sits alongside a glass-topped dining table that seats six.

Three beamed bedrooms

Three bedrooms sleep up to six, several with exposed beams and one lit by sunset light through its own window. Two bathrooms serve the house, one with a bath and heated towel rail, the other tiled in blue stars with a walk-in shower.

Out to the estuary

The estuary is visible from the house through several windows, moored boats and a wooded headland the recurring view, even glimpsed through bare winter branches from one upstairs room.
