The navy fitted kitchen opens onto its own dining table, always dressed with flowers, and two sitting areas give a choice of where to relax: one with a bay window looking out to the hills, the other with sofas turned to face each other beneath framed boat artwork.

Four bedrooms sleep up to eight, one tucked into the attic with a sloped ceiling and coat hooks, another with a white bunk bed for children, and two more dressed in red gingham with iron bed frames. Two bathrooms cover a bath positioned beneath a harbour-view window and a second in patterned blue tile.
