About this property
Seaflowers is a guest house in Frogmore, its lawn and hydrangeas looking out over the estuary and hills beyond, a palm tree framing the waterside village on one side of the garden.
Puffin prints and a driftwood coffee table
The living areas take a coastal theme seriously: framed puffin art prints on the walls, puffin-print cushions and mugs, and a mustard velvet armchair beside a plant, a coffee machine and kettle set out on a shelf close by. One living room has a pale blue corner sofa with decorative oars on the wall, another a sage green corner sofa around a driftwood coffee table. The kitchen is modern, with an island counter, bar stools, a breakfast bar and large windows looking over the countryside.
Rooms with estuary views
Bedrooms carry the same puffin motifs through cushions and throws, mustard armchairs and desks set beside patio doors, one room opening straight onto a view over the estuary and another furnished with two beds and potted plants. Bathrooms are private and well-equipped, with bathrobes and free toiletries among the facilities, several rooms finished with the same coastal palette as the living areas.
A coastal-themed base near Kingsbridge
Seaflowers suits guests wanting a guest house with real character rather than a plain hotel room, with Kingsbridge the nearest town for shops and a wider choice of places to eat, the coastal puffin theme running consistently from the living areas through to the bedrooms and giving the whole guest house a settled, cared-for feel.

The outlook is raised by well over half our sample, far above the local norm, and drew no criticism.

Worth knowing before you book
Nothing recurring came up as a drawback in this sample.
Themes are counted mechanically from the written reviews in our sample, then described in our own words. A theme missing from either column simply did not recur often enough to report — it is not a verdict either way.
