The Penthouse

The Penthouse sits above the Whistlefish gallery on Salcombe's Fore Street, three bedrooms sleeping six with a rooftop terrace over the harbour.

A rooftop terrace over the town

The rooftop terrace holds a dining table for eight and a corner sofa with a coffee table, tea regularly served there, the whole town spread out below the railing. Inside, a grey corner sofa carries lobster and crab cushions beside a glass coffee table, the open-plan kitchen fitted in wood with granite-effect worktops.

Three bedrooms with a coastal theme

Three bedrooms sleep up to six, two with matching twin beds beneath framed beach prints, the third with a blue upholstered headboard and artwork. Three bathrooms serve them, one with bronze-toned walk-in shower tiling, another with a freestanding bath lit by natural light.

The harbour from every window

The harbour carries its moored boats and the lifeboat station, the town's church tower rises above, and a coastal cove holds a ruin on the headland.

The Penthouse sits within reach of both Small's Cove Beach and East Portlemouth Beach, above the shops in the centre of Salcombe.
